Achieve sustainable and reasonably priced residential energy by encouraging a diverse array of economically viable, free enterprise energy projects (i.e. ‘encouragement’ could include tax incentives, regulatory fast tracking, loan backstopping, etc.).  Support a gas pipeline project as free as possible from government meddling that increases cost.  Higher pipeline costs mean lower returns to Alaska.  Lower pipeline costs produce maximum wellhead value for both Alaskans and investors.   -dh, 8-6-08
